 The Golf Club of South CarolinaThe Golf Club of South Carolina, located a short drive north of Columbia, is a course you would never expect to find the midlands of our state. Like our sister course, The Country Club of South Carolina in Florence, The GCSC is made to challenge the entire spectrum of golfers. Designed by Ken Killian of Kemper Lakes fame, this challenging course has been rated one of the top 10 in all of South Carolina. The SIM Group The Golf Club of South Carolina at Crickentree is a subsidiary of The SIM Group, based in Charleston, SC. The main operating company of the group is The SINTRA Corporation, which is perhaps best known for its award winning Charleston-area communities, Daniel's Orchard, BrickYard Plantation and Hamlin Plantation.
